
Refund Policy
At Kafeneo Coffee, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.
We accept refund or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Refunds do not apply to perishable goods like coffee beans unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
To start a refund process, email orders@kafeneo.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence if applicable. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send return instructions or confirm your refund. Please do not send any items back without first contacting our support team.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we confirm approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is not due to an error on our side, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the item has been used, is not returned in its original condition, or if the request falls outside the refund period.
