Shipping Policy

Starting costs depend on your location and store format, but we aim to keep entry as accessible as possible. You’ll receive a detailed cost breakdown during the onboarding process. Our team helps with everything from budgeting to buildout. This is not a one-size-fits-all model, we work with you to create a setup that fits your local market while sticking to Kafeneo’s quality standards and brand identity.

Kafeneo offers refunds on eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and photo evidence. Refunds are processed once returns are inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

No experience is necessary. We provide full training in barista skills, customer service, stock management, and daily operations. We’ve designed our coffee franchise to be accessible to new entrepreneurs who want a hands-on business. Many of our successful franchisees came from other industries. If you’re willing to learn and follow the system, we’ll make sure you’re fully equipped to run your store confidently.

To request a refund, email us at orders@kafeneo.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll review your request within one business day. If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed. This process can take up to five working days from receipt. All returns must be received in original condition for a refund to be issued.

You’ll get continuous support, not just a startup manual. This includes help with store setup, staff training, and marketing strategy. After launch, our field team checks in regularly to ensure standards are met and challenges are addressed. We also give you access to our supplier network and coffee roastery insights. From your first espresso to your hundredth customer, we’ll be right there to help you grow.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on coffee that has been opened or used, due to food safety regulations. If the product is still sealed and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We only make exceptions if the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. In those cases, contact us with details and images, and we will assist you with the return or refund process.

If you receive the wrong order, please contact us right away at orders@kafeneo.co.za. Include your order number and a clear photo of the product you received. We’ll investigate the issue and send you the correct item as quickly as possible. In most cases, we’ll also provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product. We aim to resolve all incorrect order issues within 3 business days of receiving your message and supporting evidence.

Kafeneo offers a South African-built model backed by quality coffee and simple operations. We’re not just a global brand repackaged for local use, our roots are here. That means better supplier relationships, faster service, and better pricing control. We also give franchisees the freedom to connect with their community while upholding Kafeneo’s quality standards. It’s a balance between structure and local ownership that few coffee shop franchises can match.

Shipping fees are only refunded if your return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, incorrect, or defective product. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed once the product is received in acceptable condition, excluding any delivery charges unless we made a mistake.

The process starts with an application. We’ll review your interest and set up a consultation to answer questions, share documents, and explore fit.
